Our Mission
The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for social welfare purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time ("Code"), including, without limitation, to educate individuals, businesses, and policy makers for the purpose of promoting social welfare by embracing the principles of excellence in education, free market economic solutions, international trade, sports tourism, and family flourishing; and by prioritizing these core principles, we can unleash the full potential of our State and provide residents with unparalleled opportunities for growth and success. The Corporation may engage in any and all lawful activities that are appropriate to carry out and fulfill any or all of such purposes; including activities like policy research, unlimited grassroots advocacy, and engagement events.
Taking Action
To ensure that we succeed in our mission, Opportunity for North Carolina will engage and educate citizens from Corolla to Hayesville through robust programming and advocacy, demonstrating how our principles are necessary to increase Opportunity for North Carolina.
